The Deputy Manager Marketing & Communication has to assist the marketing & Communication manager in managing and developing marketing activity of Schneider Nigeria in order to define profitable growth objectives based on a strong knowledge of our market .
Suggest the most efficient commercial policy to be implemented.

Understand and anticipate market evolution
Manage Marketing mix of Schneider offer and detect new opportunities
Manage relationship with Marketing corporate entities
Manage Business development Action plan
Bring marketing support to Sales Force
Prepare internal and external communication action plan
Manage AMR (Annual Marketing Report )
Profile
Marketing knowledge
Commercial knowledge
Electrical distribution products Knowledge
Industrial automation products knowledge
Knowledge of product offerings from the competition
Management & Leadership
Economical analysis and financing
Information system – Good knowledge of SAP and other marketing information tools
Negotiation Skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Creative & Innovative
Organisation & Planning Skills
Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines and with minimal supervision
Qualification
Electrical / Electronic Engineer, a postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Adminisration will be an added advantage.
Experience required
10 years in a similar position with quality experience in Project Management, technical marketing and/or sales
Languages
English (essential)
