GRADUATE TRAINEES

Role: The trainee will undergo an intensive training program in any of our locations, tailored towards specific roles forna definite period. Succesful candidates must be ready to take on tasks and assignments in any of d company's locations.

Reqmts: The ideal candidate shld have or meet the following:
B.Sc with a min of 2:2 or HND (upper credit) in any of the ffg courses:
 Biochem, Microbiol, Chems, Chem Eng, Food Sc&Tech, Brewing Sc, Elect Elect, Mech Eng, Production Eng, any of the Social Sciences, Finance&Finance-related disciplines.

Not more than 27yrs as at 1st Jan 2011.

General Reqmts:
Ability to work with computers and soft wares e.g MS-Word, Excel,PowerPoint& Internet
Good team player
"Hands-on" attitude and disposition
Evidence of Participation in NYSC or Exemption
Resilience&ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in any location in Nig where we ve operations.


CONTROLLER;
The successful canddte for dis position will be based in one of our brewery locations and will be responsible for analysis of costs and efficiencies. He/she will support and assist Line managers in financial and analytical matters in order to reach their targets and achieve the over all objectives of the company. He/she will report to the Control Manager.

Reqmts:Minimum of B.Sc degree, 2:2 in Acct, Econs, Bus.Admin, or other Finance-related disciplines.
Professional Qualification(ACCA or ACA) is a major advantage.
Experience in a planning and Control dept of a large manufacturing organisation for not less than 3yrs
Not more than 45yrs as at 1st January 2011


Remuneratn attached to each position is in line with existing rates in the industry.
